Gérald MULLER

French Photographer

September 17-23, 2018

I was born in 1960. I’ve choosen a career in medical and scientific science and work as physician in an hospital, specialized in elderly peoples. My job is pragmatic, scientific and realistic.
But otherwise I stayed a dreamer. My masters were Jules Verne and JRR Tolkien, I found my inspiration in mythology, especially the Nordic one, old sagas where few men stand against multiple foes. Wagner was one of my favorite composers.

I practice photography for a long time as dilettante. But a meet with Bessie Baudin changed my life and my vision of photography. I’m more a storyteller than a photograph but the camera is a tool to show my dreams, my emotions et the way to tell a story.

Dare to enter in my dreams, meet six lost souls.
Let me introduce you the Fool, a woman who lost her reason for live, the Knight who lost his reason to fight, the Musician who lost her reason to hope, the Widow who lost her reason to believe in Mankind, the Oracle who lost her prescience and the Scholarly who lost her humanity.
Some try to fight against their fate, other are like leaves carry by the current of a stream.
But all are doomed.
Welcome in Tempus Fugit !
