Olivier Béraud lives in Paris and has been working since December 2015 at "La Fabrique" in Ivry where he installed his studio and his lab. Graduated from the Boulle school in 1990, he started carpentry and restoration of antique furniture. He then turns to making film sets. In 2002, Olivier Béraud practiced shooting, starting with the execution of packshots and still lifes for the press and publishing. His first three series, "Transmutation", "La Comedie de la Vie" and "Cabaret" (finalist series of the Hariban Award) are part of the staging he performs with the assistance of young designers. Olivier Béraud is currently working on a new series "Craving" with Rodolf Fablet, one of the assistant editors of Luc Besson, for the video part.
